I made some awesome meatballs today and thought id share them with you. Here’s what i did:

  • 500g minced moose meat (you can try different kinds of meats here, try lamb; i bet its good here too)
  • 400g ground beef/pork
  • 6 bacon strips
  • 150 cheese (the fattier the better)
  • 9 garlic cloves
  • 2 onions
  • 3 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • your other favourite spices

Cut the onions, grate the cheese, crush the garlic and cut the bacon in tiny bits. Then just throw all the ingredients together and mix well. Mold into meatballs.

Then put in the oven; 200°C for about 20 minutes or until done.

OR…

you can also mold them into some nice burgers. I even topped mine with some cheese just before they were ready and let the cheese melt ontop. very yummy:)
